Warranty Terms

  1. All goods our Company sold are official products. Repair and maintenance services are provided directly from the relevant manufacturers or dealers. Warranty periods are in accordance with the relevant manufacturers or dealers’ warranty card conditions.  Customer should contact the relevant manufacturers or dealers directly for all the repair and maintenance issues.
  2. Our Company is a retailer only.  If there is any query for the quality of the goods or requesting for maintenance service, customer should bring the goods together with the manufacturer or dealer’s warranty card and our invoice to the manufacturer or dealer’s specified maintenance center for relevant service directly.  We are not responsible for these issues.

7 Days Replacement Guarantee

Applies only to substandard goods within 7 days from the date of purchase and confirmed by our staff, replacement will be provided:

  1. The goods must be accompanied with our official invoice, complete packaging, product barcode, accessories, manuals and warranty card which is not filled.
  2. The goods must be intact and does not involve man-made damage.  It should not be repaired and has no sign of repair.  The surface of goods should have no scratches and not be wet.
  3. Customer can replace same model of the goods or pay the price difference for other goods with higher value. If other goods are chosen, customer must return the relevant gifts for the previous goods.  Otherwise, customer should pay for the value of the gifts.
  4. 7 days replacement guarantee does not apply to any consumable items, such as print cartridges, laser toner cartridges, laser discs, Apple products, Wacom graphics tablet any software programs that have been opened and goods with blister packaging.
  5. 7 days replacement guarantee does not apply to printers, desktop computers and notebooks (customer should contact the relevant manufacturers or dealers’ maintenance centers directly).
  6. 7 days replacement can be provided for once only.
  7. If the above conditions cannot be fulfilled, customer should bring the goods, the valid invoice and the warranty card to the manufacturer or dealer’s maintenance center for maintenance service.
  8. In case of any dispute, our Company reserves the final decision.

Ordering Goods Services

  1. Customer must pay 50% of the purchase price as deposit for ordering goods. Once the order is confirmed, no replacement nor cancellation is allowed. All deposit are non-refundable.
  2. Original deposit invoice must be provided to pick up the ordered goods and the balance must be paid in cash.
  3. From the date of our staff notifying customer that the goods are ready for pick up, customer must pick up the goods within 30 days.  Otherwise, our Company has the right to cancel the transaction and the deposit will not be refunded.
  4. If the dealer adjusts the price and/or supply of goods ordered, our Company has right to cancel the order and will refund the deposit to the customer.
  5. In case of any dispute, our Company reserves the final decision.
