Account and Administration Clerk

職責:
  • Bookkeeping and data entry
  • Documents processing and petty cash
  • Outdoor work may be required
  • Liaise with customers and staff from other departments
  • Assist in daily routine accounting duties
  • Handle ad hoc assignments, including administration works
要求:
  • F.5 or above
  • At least 2 years working experience
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Knowledge in computer accounting, Peachtree is preferable
  • Immediate availability is preferable

門市營業員 (全職/兼職)

職責:負責日常銷售及營運工作,提供優質客戶服務
要求:中學程度; 主動熱誠、有責任感及良好溝通技巧; 需輪班工作; 歡迎對電腦產品有興趣及對零售行業有熱誠人士申請; 具相關工作經驗者優先考慮

資訊科技工程師

職責:管理網絡設備及結構、監察及測試網絡; 提供網絡維護及維修
要求:持有文憑/證書; 2年經驗; 曾修讀與資訊科技的相關課程/或有相關經驗優先

電腦技術員

職責: 為客戶提供資訊科技技術支援、系統維護、電腦硬件安裝及維修; 軟件及Windows系統安裝、設定及維修; 初級網絡維護及維修; 需外勤工作
要求: 中五程度; 1年經驗; 持有CCNA或MCP/MCSE 證書優先

Senior Account Manager/Account Manager – Solution Sales

職責:
  • Develop and maintain good customer relationships by providing IT solutions and quality customer services;
  • Deepen and establish long-term customer relationships by determining customer needs, including providing professional IT services and infrastructure solutions;
  • Execute business development strategies to meet individual/Team revenue targets by selling IT services and working across all system infrastructure areas, including servers, storage, network, virtualization, security controls, disaster recovery, service level standards, cloud management, system management, service management;
  • Develop the client’s portfolio by prospecting potential customers in the market;
  • Actively engage in business quotations and proposals preparation and contracts to negotiate with clients.
要求:
  • DSE/HKCEE graduate or above;
  • At least two years of relevant customer management or IT services experience;
  • Vital service and sales orientation to cultivate a business relationship;
  • Sound communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivated and responsible;
  • Good command of both verbal and written English and Chinese;
  • Less experience will be considered as a Customer Relationship associate.

Sales Executive

職責:跟進現有客戶的業務(報價及訂單); 提供優質的銷售服務和產品資訊給新客戶
要求:中五或以上程度; 2年經驗; 良好溝通技巧及人際關係; 勤奮, 主動, 有負責任感; 懂基本電腦網絡操作/或有相關經驗優先

Corporate Account Executive

職責: 銷售電腦產品予本地公司客戶; 日常主要接聽客人電話查詢及處理報價單
要求: 1年經驗, 在職培訓; 有電腦相關經驗優先考慮

Sales Supports

職責:回覆客戶查詢及更新客戶資料; 跟進合同事宜
要求:中五或以上程度; 1年經驗; 良好的溝通及解決問題技巧; 勤奮, 主動, 能獨立工作; 良好粵語及英語; 懂一般文書處理; 有相關經驗優先
