Account and Administration Clerk

  • Bookkeeping and data entry
  • Documents processing and petty cash
  • Outdoor work may be required
  • Liaise with customers and staff from other departments
  • Assist in daily routine accounting duties
  • Handle ad hoc assignments, including administration works
  • F.5 or above
  • At least 2 years working experience
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Knowledge in computer accounting, Peachtree is preferable

Sales Advisor ( Full-Time/ Part-Time)

Responsibilities: Selling Computers and related products, managing shops’ daily operation, and provideing quality customer service.
Requirement: Secondary school graduated, active, enthusiastic, responsible and good communication skills, shift duty is required, welcome to apply for those who are interested in computer products and have enthusiasm in the retail industry, with relevant working experience is preferred.

Information Technology Engineer

Responsiblities: Manage network equipment and structure, monitor and test the network, provide network maintenance and repair service
Requirement: Hold a diploma/certificate, 2 years of experience, have taken information technology related courses/or relevant experience is preferred

Computer Technician

Responsiblities: Provide customers with information technology technical support, system maintenance, computer hardware installation and maintenance, Software and Windows system installation, setting and repair, primary network maintenance and repair, outdoor work required
Requirement: Form 5 or above, Minimum 1 year’s working experience, CCNA or MCP/MCSE certificate is preferred

Senior Account Manager/Account Manager – Solution Sales

  • Develop and maintain good customer relationships by providing IT solutions and quality customer services;
  • Deepen and establish long-term customer relationships by determining customer needs, including providing professional IT services and infrastructure solutions;
  • Execute business development strategies to meet individual/Team revenue targets by selling IT services and working across all system infrastructure areas, including servers, storage, network, virtualization, security controls, disaster recovery, service level standards, cloud management, system management, service management;
  • Develop the client’s portfolio by prospecting potential customers in the market;
  • Actively engage in business quotations and proposals preparation and contracts to negotiate with clients.
  • DSE/HKCEE graduate or above;
  • At least two years of relevant customer management or IT services experience;
  • Vital service and sales orientation to cultivate a business relationship;
  • Sound communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivated and responsible;
  • Good command of both verbal and written English and Chinese;
  • Less experience will be considered as a Customer Relationship associate.

Sales Executive

Responsiblities: Providing customized IT Solutions, Identify customer requirements and catch up-selling opportunities, Develop and maintain a good relationships with existing and new clients, Responsible for a full range of sales activities including meeting clients, quotation and order follow up
Requirement: Form 5 or above, 2 years or above relevant experience, Strong business analytic sense, good interpersonal, strong communication skills and willing to work under pressure, Proficient in computer applications such as MS Word, MS Excel and Chinese word processing, Working experience in IT knowledge will be an advantage

Corporate Account Executive

Responsiblities :Informing customers about sales, promotions and renewal, Assistance to sales team
Requirement:Minimum 1 year’s working experience, Working experience in IT knowledge will be an advantage

Sales Support

Responsiblities: Answer customer’s enquiries & assist customers on all aspects of the maintenance contract issues
Requirement: Form 5 or above, Minimum 1 year’s working experience in IT Industry or sales support role is an advantage, Good presentation, communication and problem solving skills, Detail minded, self-motivated, team-player and able to work independently, Good command in written and spoken English and Cantonese, Proficient in PC skills (MS Word / Excel / Power point / Chinese Word Processing)
