Product Warranty

• All products sold in this website are 100% Hong Kong official authorized product, with warranty and local vendor.
• Please keep the receipt for warranty purpose. Please contact vendor directly for details about warranty.
• Consumable products such as ink cartridges, toner, opened software are not eligible for product return, please contact the vendor for more information about warranty.
• Some products need to be inspected by the authorized dealer, those products can only be replaced after receiving the inspection paper. Products include but not limited to: Desktop, Notebook, Printer, etc.
• If customers find that the product does not meet the production standards (not involving artificial damage), please contact customer service within 7 days for replacement procedures.
