Terms of Use – Now Sports Plus Pack on Now E

1. These Terms of Use apply to the following passes and plan provided by PCCW Media Limited (collectively, the “Pass and Plan”):
• Now Sports Plus Monthly Plan
• Now Sports Plus Annual Pass
2. The Pass and Plan entitle you to watch the content of Now Sports Plus on-line streaming channel, with LIVE coverage and catch-up of UFC Fight Night, NFL & NASCAR programs with other premium sports (collectively, the “Matches”), through the Now E application (the “App”), website www.nowe.com (the “Service Website”) or Now E Android TV Box (the “Android TV Box”). You can watch the matches catch-up anytime within the period of 7 days after their respective live streaming.
3. Supported devices include Mobile device: Android – minimum operating system requirement: Android Phone 8.0 or above; and support of Google Mobile Services (GMS) or Huawei Mobile Services (HMS) (applicable to designated devices), Apple iOS – minimum operating system requirement: iOS 13.0 or above (Beta version of operating system is not supported); Computer and web browser: Mac: macOS Big Sur or newer version (iOS app not supported), Chrome, Safari, PC：Windows 10 or newer version, Chrome Edge (Chromium version); Smart TV and TV box: Now E Android TV box, Android TV (Android TV model and set-up box with Android OS 8.0 or later), LG TV (2020 models or newer with WebOS 5.0 or later), Samsung TV (2019 models or newer with Tizen OS 5.0 or later). Now E also supports AirPlay, Chromecast and HDMI. Your operating system must be original and unmodified. The quality and operation of Now E service may be compromised if used with a modified or unauthorized operating system or used with an older version (other than the versions mentioned above) of the operating system. Requirements relating to supported devices are subject to change from time to time. Please refer to https://www.nowe.com/help/thingstoknow for the latest requirements.
4. Restrictions on number of devices and concurrent viewing: Each Now E account can only be used to log in for a maximum of five (5) different devices; and for two (2) concurrent video viewings.
5. Please note that video streaming may consume significant amounts of mobile data. You are responsible for keeping track of your mobile data charges. Please contact your mobile data service provider for more information. For example, watching a 60 minute live broadcast may consume 2GB of mobile data or more.
6. The streaming quality of video content for Now E is adaptive according to the available bandwidth. You are advised to do the following to enjoy an optimal viewing experience on Now E:
• Except for the App, turn off other unnecessary running applications to free up more system resources.
• Video streaming quality is affected by the speed of your Internet connection. Insufficient bandwidth and other factors such as inappropriate equipment set-up and equipment incompatibility may lead to interrupted video streaming, pixilated video, disruption in streaming, audio that is not synchronized with video etc.
• Do not upload or download any files when playing video, in order to minimize impact on the quality of video playback.
• If your device or is connected to the Internet via Wi-Fi, please check if the Wi-Fi signal is normal. Internet speed may also be affected if too many users are connected to the same Wi-Fi access point or if many users are sharing the same radio spectrum. In addition, the distance between the Wi-Fi modem and the mobile device or personal computer will directly affect the stability of the network reception.
7. PCCW Media Limited reserves the right to amend the technical specifications and requirements relating to Now E and the Android TV Box at any time with or without prior notice.
8. Once any of the Matches provided by the Now Sports Plus are suspended or suspended midway, there will be no live streaming of the relevant event and no compensation will be made. Please refer to the official final announcement.
9. All passes and promotion codes cannot be returned, refunded, resold, transferred, exchanged for cash and/or other gifts or replaced if damaged. PCCW Media Limited shall not be liable for invalidation or loss of, or damage to, any pass and promotion code; and/or any delay or failure to broadcast any Matches.
10. The broadcast times and dates of the Matches may be subject to change from time to time. Please refer to the official final announcements for details.
11. All programming accessed via the App, Service Website and Android TV Box can only be used in Hong Kong for your private domestic viewing only and must not be shown or exhibited for any public or commercial purposes.
12. All passes and plans and the promotion codes are provided by PCCW Media Limited. In the event of any disputes arising from or relating to the same, PCCW Media Limited’s decision shall be final.
13. PCCW Media Limited may amend these Terms of Use at any time with or without prior notice.
14. These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong SAR. The use of the Passes and Plan are also subject to the Now E Service Terms and Conditions and the Now E Android TV Box Terms of Use (if applicable) (which are available for viewing at www.nowe.com/tnc/service and www.nowe.hk/tnc/tvbox). In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms of Use, the Now E Service Terms and Conditions and the Now E Android TV Box Terms of Use, the inconsistency shall be resolved in the descending order of preference as set out in this clause.
15. The English version of these Terms of Use shall prevail over the Chinese version (if any) which is provided for information purposes only.

Terms of Use – SPOTV Pack on Now E

1. These Terms of Use apply to the following passes and plan provided by PCCW Media Limited (collectively, the “Pass and Plan”):
• SPOTV Day Pass
• SPOTV Monthly Plan
• SPOTV Annual Pass
2. The Pass and Plan entitle you to watch the content of SPOTV on-line streaming channel, with LIVE coverage and catch-up of MotoGP, Wimbledon, US Open (tennis), Badminton World Federation Events, The Open Championship, World Table Tennis with other premium sports (collectively, the “Matches”), through the Now E application (the “App”), website www.nowe.com (the “Service Website”) or Now E Android TV Box (the “Android TV Box”). You can watch catch-up of selected matches anytime within the period of 7 days after their respective live streaming. Passes and Plan includes 4K live streaming of Wimbledon (Centre court matches) during the 2023 season, while the degree of live coverage in 4K is subject to decisions made by the official organizations concerned. Please refer to Clause 5 for 4K video streaming device and system requirements.
3. Details of dates of the matches, times and channels will be announced later. All program content may be subject to change.

5. 4K video streaming device and system requirements:
• Now E Android TV Box, or
• Now E Android TV App, or
• Now E LG TV App, or
• Now E Samsung TV App, or
• PC with a Windows 10 operating system that support High Efficiency Video Coding (H.265) ; with HEVC video extension installed; and use the Microsoft Edge browser (Chromium version) to play 4K content, or
• Designated mobile handset with 4K video playback capability (the support of 4K video streaming varies significantly between handset models), or
• Using AirPlay to stream live coverage to Apple TV 4K or AirPlay 2 4K smart TV from Apple devices (actual video quality also depends on bandwidth of Internet connection and device compatibility. Please click here for more details from Apple’s website).

User must use TV or computer monitor with 4K display resolution, and also with mobile data network or LAN/Wi-Fi network that meeting the minimum bandwidth requirements (25 Mbps) to enjoy an optimal viewing experience.

The stability and quality of video streaming; and your ability to use all features of the App, the Service and the Content depends on and are affected by the condition of devices, internet bandwidths and connection, internet connection speed, technical feasibility, content sources availability, device compatibility and various factors.
