Delivery Service

• Pick-up from SF Station / EF-Locker: Free delivery for orders over HKD$800. HKD$50 delivery charge applies if order amount is less than HKD$800. (Except for some special-priced products)
• Some products stated "Except for in-store pickup, this product requires additional delivery charge: $90 / $50" require a charge of $90 or $50 for delivery.

• If you would like to request a quotation, please provide the product list, company/organization English name, delivery address, contact person, phone number, and email address to our customer service through WhatsApp 9014 9700 or Email sales@wellent.com.
• For eligible companies, organizations, and schools, we could provide payment periods or cash on delivery, with the longest payment period being 30 days. For more information, please contact our customer service.
• We also accept HSBC Purchasing Card.

Product Warranty

• All products sold on this website are 100% Hong Kong official authorized products, with warranty and local vendor support.
• Please keep the receipt for warranty purposes. Please contact the vendor directly for details about warranty.
