Product Information

Reduce waste and save time by previewing your label before printing to see it exactly as it would appear. You can even create QR code labels. Or, use smartphones with voice recognition to quickly create customized labels.

The battery-operated LW-600P can print wirelessly from iOS and Android devices, via Bluetooth. Simply download the Epson iLabel app or other compatible apps. Use your mobile device to create handwritten labels, iron-on labels, ribbons and more. This compact printer can also print from Windows® and Mac systems via a USB cable.

Product Inventory

• Inventory can transfer between online shop and retail stores. Please check with customer service before purchasing out of stock products.
• If both the online shop and retail stores inventory show out of stock, customers are welcome to place an order.

Delivery Service

• Delivery of in-stock products usually takes 1-3 working days, Monday to Friday during 09:00-18:00. Delivery is limited to Hong Kong area.
• Delivery to your door: Free delivery for orders over HKD$800. HKD$50 delivery charge applies if order amount is less than HKD$800. (Except for some special-priced products)
• Pick-up from SF Station / EF-Locker: Free delivery for orders over HKD$800. HKD$50 delivery charge applies if order amount is less than HKD$800. (Except for some special-priced products)
• Some products stated "Except for in-store pickup, this product requires additional delivery charge: $90 / $50" require a charge of $90 or $50 for delivery.
• Eye-Catching Delivery Specials: When buying 3 items with the "Eye-Catching Delivery Specials" tag, you can enjoy free delivery service.
• Self-pickup from Wellent Store: Free of charge.

• If you would like to request a quotation, please provide the product list, company/organization English name, delivery address, contact person, phone number, and email address to our customer service through WhatsApp 9014 9700 or Email sales@wellent.com.
• For eligible companies, organizations, and schools, we could provide payment periods or cash on delivery, with the longest payment period being 30 days. For more information, please contact our customer service.
• We also accept HSBC Purchasing Card.

Product Warranty

• All products sold on this website are 100% Hong Kong official authorized products, with warranty and local vendor support.
• Please keep the receipt for warranty purposes. Please contact the vendor directly for details about warranty.
• Consumable products such as ink cartridges, toner, and opened software are not eligible for return. Please contact the vendor for more information about warranty.
• Some products need to be inspected by the authorized dealer. Those products can only be replaced after receiving the inspection paper. Products include, but are not limited to: Desktop, Notebook, Printer, etc.
• If customers find that the product does not meet the production standards (not involving artificial damage), please contact customer service within 7 days for replacement procedures.
